Mentalist Uri Geller Expresses Support for Benjamin Netanyahu and Predicts Election Victory
What happened
Mentalist and illusionist Uri Geller publicly declared his political support for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a broadcast interview, predicting Netanyahu will win the next election.
How coverage differs
Right-wing outlets like Now14 and Srugim emphasize Geller's quote explicitly identifying himself as a proud 'Bibist,' whereas Maariv focuses on his mystical framing of Netanyahu having an 'aura' around him. Now14 also includes extraneous details from the interview, such as Geller's comments on sports and energy.
