Iran Announces Plans to Extend Missile Range and Precision
What happened
An Iranian military spokesperson announced that Iran is increasing the range, speed, and accuracy of its ballistic missiles based on lessons learned from recent military tensions with the US and Israel.
How coverage differs
While most outlets accurately focus on military spokesman Mohammad Akraminia's announcement about increasing missile range, Cursorinfo frames the statement more dramatically as an announcement of a 'new weapon for war,' and Israel Hayom emphasizes Iran's specific objective of targeting US military bases located over 1,000 kilometers away.
