The text reports on casualties from military actions by the right-wing Israeli government, highlighting the humanitarian toll of the strikes. Under Rule 7, criticizing or reporting negative outcomes of a RIGHT-WING government's actions leans toward a LEFT-WING framing. | The text presents factual statements from both the IDF and Lebanese state media without taking a biased stance, so Rule 8 applies, resulting in a NEUTRAL classification.
