The text neutrally reports a police incident with standard attribution ('cops allege'). No rules 1-7 are activated, so Rule 8 applies assigning NEUTRAL. | The text highlights eyewitnesses disputing the official police narrative regarding a fatal shooting. Applying rule 7, since the current government is RIGHT-WING and the statement challenges the actions of state security forces, a LEFT-WING classification is assigned.
