כתב אישום הוגש היו (שני) נגד ליאל איפרגן, בן 26 מבית שמש, בגין רצח בנסיבות מחמירות של הלל מרדכי דדון וניסיון רצח של בן דודו. זאת, לאחר שדקר את השניים בעת ששיחקו בבריכה בחצר בית בבית שמש. הפרקליטות מבקשת מבית המשפט להורות על מעצרו של איפרגן עד לתום ההליכים המשפטיים נגדו.
